দেবের কলম থেকে মুদ্রিত বই এবং ডিজিটাল বই/eBook কেনার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলি এই নীতিতে উল্লেখ করা হলো।

১. মুদ্রিত বইয়ের ডেলিভারি

মুদ্রিত বই অর্ডার করার সময় ক্রেতাকে সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং সম্পূর্ণ delivery address প্রদান করতে হবে।

অর্ডার ও payment সফলভাবে নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর বইটি উপলব্ধ courier বা delivery service-এর মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় পাঠানো হবে।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়

মুদ্রিত বই সাধারণত payment ও order confirmation-এর পর ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে dispatch করার চেষ্টা করা হবে।

Courier service, delivery location, আবহাওয়া, উৎসবকাল বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে delivery সময় কিছুটা বেশি হতে পারে।

৩. Shipping Charge

প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে shipping charge বইয়ের মূল্য থেকে আলাদাভাবে নেওয়া হতে পারে। অর্ডার করার আগে প্রযোজ্য shipping charge website-এ উল্লেখ করা হবে।

৪. ভুল ঠিকানা

ক্রেতার দেওয়া ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ address-এর কারণে delivery ব্যর্থ হলে পুনরায় delivery-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত shipping charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

তাই order করার আগে delivery address ভালোভাবে যাচাই করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

৫. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল বই

যদি কোনো ক্রেতা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বই বা ভুল বই পান, তাহলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

প্রয়োজনে বইয়ের ছবি, order details এবং payment information যাচাইয়ের জন্য চাওয়া হতে পারে।

৬. eBook / Digital Product

eBook বা অন্য কোনো digital product-এর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো physical shipping বা courier delivery প্রযোজ্য নয়।

Payment সফল হওয়ার পর নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতিতে eBook বা digital content-এর access প্রদান করা হবে।

৭. Delivery সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

Courier বা delivery service-এর কারণে কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিলম্ব হলে আমরা বিষয়টি সমাধানের জন্য যথাসম্ভব সহযোগিতা করব। তবে third-party courier service-এর সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ আমাদের হাতে না থাকায় নির্দিষ্ট delivery date-এর নিশ্চয়তা সবসময় দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the delivery terms applicable to printed books and digital books/eBooks purchased through Deb er Kolom.

1. Delivery of Printed Books

When purchasing a printed book, customers must provide a correct name, mobile number, and complete delivery address.

After the order and payment have been successfully confirmed, the book will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer through an available courier or delivery service.

2. Delivery Time

We generally aim to dispatch printed books within 3–7 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, the delivery location, weather conditions, festive periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Where applicable, shipping charges may be charged separately from the price of the book. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify their delivery details before placing an order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Book

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect book, they should contact us as soon as possible.

The customer may be required to provide photographs of the book, order details, payment information, or other relevant information for verification.

6. eBooks / Digital Products

No physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable to eBooks or other digital products.

After successful payment, access to the eBook or digital content will be provided through the designated delivery method.

7. Delivery Issues

If an unexpected delay occurs due to the courier or delivery service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in resolving the issue. However, as third-party courier services are not fully under our control, we cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date.
